(CTCI) has been a premier nationwide contractor for the telecommunication industry, specializing in the aerial aspect of cellular site construction. Focusing on our company goals of providing quality services, safety, and reliability to a rapidly expanding communications market, we were able to expand our company even further. In 1998, Diversified Telecom Services, Inc. (DTSI) was founded. This company was created for civil services to meet the industry demand for turnkey general contractors. Upon having great success and a dedicated professional staff and management team, we have been able to further expand our business portfolio.

Throughout the years there was a demand for onsite foundation drilling, (American Drilling and Foundations LLC), Commercial and Vacation Rental property management (Reed Investment Properties), Self-Storage (HWY275 Storage), Land / Property Development (Capital General Contractors), Agricultural Land Development (PWR Ag), Guided Hunting Excursions (Holmes Creek Headwaters Ranch), CTCI Management (support staff for all the companies, including mechanics and auto body technicians), and the latest expansion of Old Main Bar and Grill in Crete, Nebraska.

Experienced Diesel Mechanic (CTCI Management)

Perform preventive, routine, & emergency maintenance on company vehicles/trucks (medium sized duty diesel trucks). Repair & change brakes, fuel pumps, alternators, fuel filters, transmission flush, etc. along with Diesel & Gas engine rebuilds, repairs and installations. Run diagnostic tests, trouble-shoot, and provide solutions for mechanical and electrical issues. Check parts for proper functioning, disassemble and reassemble interior and exterior parts, properly document and report repairs/maintenance.

Experienced Auto Body Technician (CTCI Management)

Repair, replace, and upgrade carious parts of fleet trucks and trailers. Running tests and ensuring all issues are fully resolved, adhering to company safety requirements. Perform welding, sanding and refinishing task to prepare for painting.

Experienced Food Servers (Old Main Bar & Grill)

Make menu recommendations, take beverage and food orders to enter into order system correctly, and diligently fill orders correctly. Greet and provide attentive service to customers, address customer service issues, and perform some cleaning duties around dining area.

Experienced Line Cook (Old Main Bar & Grill)

Prepare high quality meals in accordance with company and customer standards. Adhere to food health and safety regulations at all times. Communicate with team members to ensure timely completion of food orders, making sure food portions and presentation meet company standards. Maintain a clean and sanitary work station, comply with local and company health, sanitation, and safety guidelines. Receive, rotate and stock food accordingly.

Experienced, LOCAL Telecommunication Tower Technician / Top hand / Foreman (CTCI)

Work in a team environment assisting with structural projects, including installation, repair, and modification. Utilize tools, technology, and other resources to install equipment while following all safety precautions. Must be able to obtain certifications and work at heights with abilities to become efficient and keeping safety as a top priority. Local to Lincoln/Waverly/Omaha, NE locations.
